In the center of the icon is depicted the All-Seeing Eye of God, inscribed in a triangle, a symbol of the Holy Trinity and God's omniscience.

Rays of Divine light emanate from the triangle, spreading over the entire image and illuminating the other images.

Below the central symbol is the image of the Holy Spirit in a form of a dove spreading its wings above the earth.

On both sides of the Holy Spirit stand the archangels Salathiel and Raphael, dressed in solemn robes - Salathiel is shown in a prayerful pose with his hands folded in front of his chest, and Raphael holds a vessel with medicinal oil - a sign of its healing power.

In the upper register of the icon are depicted heavenly angels holding a cross and a spear - symbols of Christ's suffering and the victory over the death. Their faces radiate peace and humility, and above them is a sky-blue background - a sign of the kingdom of God.

In the side registers, around the central scene, texts dedicated to the All-Seeing Eye of God are written in elegant Cyrillic on a dark green background.

On the left stands Saint John the Baptist, dressed in a goatskin coat and green mantle, holding a scroll with prophetic words about the coming of Christ.

On the right is King Solomon, depicted in royal robes, also holding a scroll with text about God's wisdom.

The entire image is surrounded by a richly ornamented carved border, covered with polished silver. The border is shaped like a braid, a symbol of eternity and the indissoluble unity between Heaven and Earth. There are stylized ornaments In the four corners of the icon, that reminiscent of the paradise beauty and harmony.

The halos are made with pure 24-karat water gilding, which symbolizes the Divine light and the heavenly glory.

This icon combines theological depth and an exquisite artistic symbolism - an image of God's all-seeing presence, mercy and wisdom, presented through carefully painted images and precise handcraft.
