PURCHASING FROM

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between visitors and users of the website www.icon24k.art (hereinafter “Website”) and its аuthor - Vesela Delinska, Company ID 181481083, address: Republic of Bulgaria, Plovdiv, 28 "Tzarigradsko shose" boulevard, email: sales@icon24k.com, phone: +359 885 888 311 (hereinafter “Seller”).
1.2. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Website.
2. Scope of Activity
2.1. The Website offers hand-painted icons – original works of art created by the artist.
2.2. Some items may be in stock, while others are custom-made.
2.3. Each product is unique; slight differences in colors or details compared
to images on the Website may occur.
3. Ordering and Contract Formation
3.1. Orders are placed by clicking the “Buy” or “Order” button and filling out the required information (name, address, phone, email).
3.2. The order is confirmed via email from the Seller, which constitutes
the conclusion of a sales contract.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of:
- out-of-stock items;
- incorrect or incomplete data;
- suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. All prices are in Bulgarian lev (BGN)/EURO (€), inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer to an account (IBAN: BG68 BPBI 7924 1078 5118 01) - Postbank Bulgaria;
- postal money order upon receipt by а courier.
4.3. For custom orders, a deposit of 60% is required.
4.4. The Seller is not responsible for errors in payment information provided by the customer.

5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is made via the courier company Econt to the address or office, specified by the customer.
5.2. Delivery time for in-stock products is up to 5 business days, and for custom orders - as agreed.
5.3. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless free shipping is
offered.
5.4. Customers must check the package upon receipt. Any damage must be reported
immediately to the courier and the Seller.
6. Returns of purchase and complaints
6.1. According to the Consumer Protection Law, the customer has the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
6.2. Exception: This right does not apply to custom-made products.
6.3. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging;
shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
6.4. In case of defects or discrepancies, the Seller will refund the payment or
offer a replacement after inspection.
7. Copyright
7.1. All the works, images, and texts on the Website are copyrighted by the Artist.
7.2. Copying, publishing, or using images and content without written
permission is prohibited.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection laws.
8.2. Data is used exclusively for order processing, invoicing, and
communication with the customer.

- color variations due to display settings;
- delays caused by courier companies;
