Vesela Delinska
graduated from "Tsanko Lavrenov" High School of Fine Arts - Plovdiv, specialty "Iconography" in 2007.
In the same year she won the "Anastas Staykov" award for best diploma thesis in Iconography from the "13 centuries Bulgaria" fund.
At the end of the previous year her icons were awarded by the jury with the First Prize from the "Romfeya" Gallery – Plovdiv.
From 02.11.2010 to 03.03.2011 she studied at Brera Academy of Fine Arts - Milan, Italy, through the Erasmus student mobility program.
There she specialized Paper and Book Restoration, Fresco Restoration and Scientific Photography.
In 2013 she graduated from the National Academy of Arts – Sofia with a Master’s degree in Restoration.
Since 2016 she has been included in the public register of persons entitled to carry out activities related to preservation of the cultural heritage of the Republic of Bulgaria.
She has participated in international exhibitions, festivals and plein airs for iconography in Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia.
She has taken part in painting of many Orthodox churches in Bulgaria, Greece, USA and Italy.
Her icons are part of monastic and private collections in Bulgaria and abroad.
