The icon represents a waist-high image of Christ the Almighty - a central figure on a blue background.

Christ is depicted frontally, with a kind and deep gaze, directed towards the viewer.

In His left hand He holds an open Gospel, where the text is written in Church Slavonic language, and with His right hand Christ blesses.

The clothes of the Savior - chiton and himation, are painted with fine soft folds, outlined with thin golden lines, which give radiance and solemnity to the image. The gold on the folds catches the light and creates a feeling of divine presence, which is typical for the Renaissance icon painting tradition. The himation is richly ornamented with beautiful floral and plant motifs.

There are two golden medallions on the both sides of the Christ's halo, where are written the traditional inscriptions with the initials of Jesus Christ. They are decorated with baroque motifs, which give magnificence and solemnity to the icon. The medallions, with their decorative splendor, emphasize the majesty of the Divine figure and bring the spirit of the Renaissance at the same time - the pursuit of beauty, grace and harmony.

The entire icon is flanked on the sides by a silver relief edge with an exquisite semicircular profile, which surrounds the image like a frame. It is covered with pure genuine silver leaves. This edge not only frames the entire composition, but also gives a sense of completion, separating the sacred space of the icon from the outside world.

The icon "Christ the Almighty" impresses with the balance between a spiritual depth and an artistic splendor - a characteristic combination for the Renaissance epocha, when the tradition of Byzantine iconography is intertwined with the influences of baroque aesthetics.
